Mike O. and his team from PuroClean did an exceptional job performing water remediation services after an accident in our home. They were on site within an hour of the initial call, got the process started directly with our insurance carrier and were incredibly thorough in their work. All members of the team were friendly and professional and reassuring in a stressful situation. Cleaning out and cleaning up after a hurricane is a stressful, emotional, and physically exhausting task. Add to that the stress of a second hurricane in less than 2 weeks and being able to think straight and clear becomes an issue. Joe and his Puroclean Team took care of so much and lessened the burden where they could. Not only did he show up with all the necessary equipment, he got it set up and running in short order and did it with compassion and patience during a very crazy time. Wanted to take a moment to write a review for this company. Unfortunately we had to make the call to Puroclean due to a water leak, but it was the best decision we made. There are so many out there and I stubbled on this company by a Google search and looking at the reviews. From the office staff (Dana and KaLin) to their maintenance crews (John, Miquel, Eddie, Mike some I'm forgetting) all were very professional and kept all contaminated areas blocked off to prevent any issues. While do all needed work they kept all areas clean and informed me if they ran into any issues preventing them from completing on the deadline date. This was A ok with me as I understood things come up. Even when things looked off I called and they rectified any issues. This company is definitely one that I would use again and even recommend to family and friends. Thanks again Puroclean for everything ~ jay h

When we experienced a flood in our basement due a recent storm Puroclean really came through for us. They responded quickly and stayed late on a Saturday night to make sure the house was safe and drying out as quickly as possible. Follow up and daily inspections to make sure the basement was drying out to industry standards made me confident that it was being done the "right" way. Worked with my insurance company to make the claims process easy and when the job was done removed their equipment, removed our damaged contents and cleaned the basement. Puroclean made a difficult situation much easier for my family. I highly recommend Joe, Vince and the Puroclean team.. ~ Michael R

Highly recommend Puro clean and Joe. Very easy to do business with. We had a leak that caused damage in our living room, they made sure there was no mold, left clean, safe machines in our home to dry everything out, they always showed up when they were supposed to, they helped with our insurance claim and what needed to be replaced. The crew that first came out was amazing, especially Dylan, he explained everything to me, videoed everything for the estimate and answered all the questions we had. Once that was done the rebuild team scheduled to come out and they were just as professional and trusted them to be in my home, handled it with care and made any changes I requested. They even went and picked out the right size vanity for my bathroom when I couldn’t! When everything was all said and done we had a small issue with repairs and Joe came right out between Christmas and New Year’s Eve to fix it, I couldn’t be more thankful. I contacted PuroClean after not being happy with ServPro. PuroClean is detailed, flexible, and everyone I spoke with was very polite, professional and customer-service focused. I would like to give extra kudos to KaLin, John (also the co-worker that arrived shortly before John but I forget his name) and Sergio. Sergio did most of the setup in our home. He was fast, efficient and cleaned up well afterwards. It's not great when you need them, but it's great to have them handle things so well. ~ K W

We had our hot water tank flooded out our finished basement on a Sunday. We called Puro Clean and the responded right away. That night they had fans and dehumidifiers running, The next morning they had a full crew to remove all the items damaged from the water. After a few days of monitoring and treating the areas they were done. A lot of time and stress I did not have to worry about. Defiantly will be calling them again when needed. ~ Bobby R

They were right on it and came in an did quick high quality job. When I found a VERY small area that looked like it might have been missed, they came back out in hours, apologized over and over, and did that area and disinfected the entire place again. In the late afternoon on a Wednesday a fire broke out in our living room fireplace. Although contained, the resulting acrid black smoke filled our entire first floor and half of the second. In addition everything including the ceilings, walls, drapes, shades, and entire contents were covered with a fine black soot which just smeared all over the place. The smell throughout was noxious and sickening. We tried to ventilate the house as much as possible without success and had to temporarily relocate. Not knowing where to start I was referred to PuroClean of Haverford for assistance. Within the hour Joe Samango was in touch and a remediation plan was put in place. Bright and early the next morning we met Joe at our home and the remediation process began. It continued throughout the weekend and the following Monday Joe and his team began the cleanup, top to bottom and everything in between for days. Nothing was too big or small to deal with and everything was handled with great care as if it was their own home and property. The end result was amazing, and we couldn’t have done it without their help. Their professionalism and compassion was beyond compare, we highly recommend them. ~ Rick B
